3,581 unique clients served. 33,057 People informed via social media and electronic mailing lists (Mailchimp, Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube channel). --- person-hours of service. 600+ Black and racialized families received food vouchers - that's over 2,000 family members reached. 175 culturally adapted webinar sessions on various themes offered virtually and face-to-face. 75% is the client retention rate. 85% is the client satisfaction rate. 77% of our clients require culturally adapted coaching and support. 80% of our clients have received our services at least 3 times, either face-to-face or virtually.

3,775 clients reached. 2,867 clients received direct services from La Passerelle-I.D.É., both in person and virtually. 14,335 person-hours of service. 750 beneficiaries, including family members, received food vouchers, laptops, Ramadan baskets, turkeys, hygiene kits and masks, access to hotspots, Christmas gifts, furniture through Furniture Bank, food through Food Bank, and other essential support. 135 culturally adapted webinar sessions on various topics and in-person workshops. 75% of clients are satisfied with the housing support program. 85% of clients are satisfied with our culturally adapted programs. 28,500 people reached through social media and email lists (Mailchimp, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube).

2,316 clients reached. 1,025 people participated in virtual conversations about the call to action against systemic racism experienced by Black and racialized Francophone communities in Ontario. 28,371 person-hours of service. 260 family members received food vouchers, hygiene kits and masks, hotspots, cell phones, Christmas gifts, and essential support for their needs. 120 culturally appropriate webinar sessions on various topics. 55 family members from Black and racialized communities received Christmas gifts for their children. 26,719 people informed via social media and email lists (Mailchimp, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube).
