The Hilton Garden Inn hotel is offering Double Queen Rooms and Single King Rooms at the discounted rate of $169.00 + tax per room, per night, for up to 5 nights, between Monday, March 9 and Saturday, March 14, 2026.

ROOM CANCELLATIONS

Room reservations must be made by Tuesday, March 3, 2026 (midnight). After this date, the special rate will no longer be available.

A valid credit card is required at check-in for room payment, taxes, and incidentals. Please note that a $100 daily hold is placed on your credit card for incidentals (restaurant, room service, and retail purchases). This temporary hold is released after check-out and may take 2 to 5 business days.

Participants may cancel their room reservation 24 hours prior to arrival without penalty.
